Members include coaches, trainers, organizational development professionals, and content experts. VirtualMSO members are hand-selected as a result of many years of successful collaboration with Founder and Coordinator Julie Davidson-Gómez, and the recognition that together, we can maximize our impact in the organizations and sectors to which we devote our calling.

As a former Executive Director, Leigh blends years of experience leading organizations with her knowledge of workplace culture, leadership, and use of emerging technologies to leverage collective intelligence.
Her clients report a boom in their creativity and performance. She has worked with organizations such as the Energy Foundation, California Department of Transportation (CalTrans), and Aepoch Fund. She excels at strategic visioning for groups facing rapid growth or major transitions.
Leigh is a faculty member of the Center for Right Relationship, where she refined and implemented the first internationally accredited team coaching program. She is currently developing curriculum for leaders who wish to be more proactive and nimble in the face of unexpected change.
