The VirtualMSO is a collection of allied professionals dedicated to providing excellent services for public benefit leaders and organizations, in our neighborhoods and around the globe.

Members include coaches, trainers, organizational development professionals, and content experts. VirtualMSO members are hand-selected as a result of many years of successful collaboration with Founder and Coordinator Julie Davidson-Gómez, and the recognition that together, we can maximize our impact in the organizations and sectors to which we devote our calling.

A variety of services for foundations and intermediary groups including facilitation, interviews, reports Bio I have been providing assets based, culturally aware coaching to nonprofit leaders and social justice activists since 2004. I work with diverse, multi-generational clients throughout the United States on leadership enhancement, change management, work/life transitions, balance and fulfillment. I have worked with thirteen different leadership development programs for young, emerging leaders, established leaders and leaders in transition, all with the goal of strengthening and supporting the nonprofit sector and social justice movement. I am a co-founder of Prism Coaching, a group of coaches of color who consider the identification, understanding and use of cultural influences as an asset. I am a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute. I also have training in team coaching through Team Coaching International and participated in Rockwood Leadership Institute’s Art of Leadership. As a member of the French American Charitable Trust’s Management Assistance Program team I am part of a learning laboratory on social justice organizational development practice working collaboratively with grantees, partners in the field and funders to document new ideas. Prior to coaching, I worked for over twenty-five years in the nonprofit sector, including five years as an Executive Director for a free women’s clinic and six years as a program director of a women’s leadership development program for primarily women of color and immigrant women. I served as the Chair of the Board of San Francisco Women Against Rape and am presently on the LeaderSpring Advisory Council.
