Members include coaches, trainers, organizational development professionals, and content experts. VirtualMSO members are hand-selected as a result of many years of successful collaboration with Founder and Coordinator Julie Davidson-Gómez, and the recognition that together, we can maximize our impact in the organizations and sectors to which we devote our calling.

My coach training is through the highly respected program at inviteCHANGE (formerly the Academy for Coach Training). I am a Certified Professional Coach and Living Your Vision® Licensed Facilitator. I have additional training in Voice Dialogue and hold an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Music Performance (University of Louisville); a Master of Music Performance (Northwestern University); and a Master of Arts Administration (Indiana University). Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 12 years with various nonprofits in Wisconsin, Michigan and Washington, with responsibilities that included fundraising, marketing, public relations and grant making.
