Julie Davidson-Gómez brings a unique and synergistic blend of experience and talent to her clients. She is a certified professional coach, specializing in leadership and team coaching that leverages “what’s going right” to produce learning breakthroughs, behavioral shifts, and greater productivity and morale.

Julie’s coaching, consulting and training career spans over a decade and two countries.

Julie harvests her experiences in coaching, popular education, public policy, process consultation, improvisational theater, and program management to provide engaging processes with applicable learnings and tools. more>

Commencement
In March, Julie completed her certification program in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and earned her “ORSCC” credential. She joins a growing community of approximately 200 ORSC-certified practitioners worldwide.

Continuing Education
Julie and her associates have refined and refreshed the Effective Confrontation curriculum developed in 2010. We developed this course in response to the increasing need for skillful conflict resolution and intentional communication in the workplace.
