Module One, "Leading from the Self," acknowledges and builds upon individuals' internal resources, strengths, and existing experience base to maximize effectiveness. Module Two looks outward and offers tools and techniques to improve communication and conflict resolution between and among leaders and those they lead. Additional modules address change management and provide customized attention to leadership challenges facing organizations.
